Rebecca Wilson specialises in women's wellness, working with and supporting women through all stages of their life who are disconnected from their cycles, menstrual health and providing womb healing guiding them back into connection with their bodies and alignment with their inner truth, wisdom and power to be in connection to listen to the teacher within. We spoke to her about why this is so important.

Womb Connection, Healing and Awakening isn't something that is so often spoken about in our modern western society. Yet it is where we are all  created, carried and birthed from.... Our Womb spaces are an incredibly powerful part of a woman's body.


When we think of cleansing our physical body, whether that be a juice cleanse, alkaline foods, water, or even healing sessions of acupuncture, reiki and other healing practices ... It feels right, to book yourself in for a healing or take that time to juice or even attend a retreat for mind, body and spirit. 

But when we think of detoxing and cleansing we rarely think of our womb, especially on a deeper energetic level. But why? How have we lost this ancient tradition? Maybe this is due to the lack of connection to this scared space to begin with? We can take practices like yoni steaming to support a physical cleanse, but what about emotionally and energetically?


Within our womb connection circle and retreats we work with practices from many traditions and schools of teaching, tantra, tao, yoga, yoga therapy, yoga nidra, shamanic healing, mantra - bhakti yoga, sound healing, connecting to element and nature.


We take a journey of re connection to remember all these ancient ways of living in deep harmonious, rhythmic connection to nature, seasons and our bodies and womb spaces. This deep remembered connection offers women a space to come back to their inner truth, to trust their innate wisdom, intuition, to take deep rest and restore from the inside out, ultimately feeling fully present within their bodies, life experiences and centred in their power.


We see each woman as a whole, and aim to work with her this way to support her individual healing journey.

All of these aspects support women through all stages of their lives, menstrual years, fertility and conception, post menstruation, menopause and beyond. We work with many rooted practices to support women with:

  • movement - womb yoga, yin yoga, restorative yoga, somatic movement

  • nutrition - food to balance hormones & support cycles

The Womb holds residual emotions and energies from past experiences, trauma, abuse, lack of self love and any experiences that have brought disassociation to your feminine centre. You need to have a clear womb for mental, physical and emotional balance, clarity and to be able to step fully into your true essence and power.


​Types of wounding can include but are not limited to:

  •  ​Accumulated emotions that could not be processed or transformed when the initial wounding took place. These emotions include rage, fear, grief, abandonment, guilt, shame, and worthlessness

  • .Birth trauma and womb grief from miscarriages, still births and abortions

  • ​Emotional and energetic imprints from past sexual partners, including their aggression, anger or other low vibration emotions


Womb Connection Retreats offer women a weekend of yoga, practices and nutrition created specifically for Women's Wellness. All offerings are deeply rooted in the knowledge of the cyclic nature of feminine energy and internal rhythms. As we arrive at a transition within our external seasons at each seasonal shift offerings are brought to you with awareness of the shifts our bodies, minds and spirit will move through as the external shifts of nature come around.
