The people and location.
WHAT WOULD YOU CHANGE ABOUT YOUR DAILY WORK ROUTINE IF YOU COULD?
No commuting... I despise it.
WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF PROFESSIONALLY IN FIVE YEARS’ TIME?
I think this is a very hard question to answer because you never know, but I would like more responsibility and to be doing something that I love.
DO YOU FEEL YOU CAN BE THE SAME PERSON AT WORK AND IN PRIVATE?
My team at work recently completed Personal Profile Analysis and the results from that said I was different in work compared to out of work, however once under pressure that wasn’t the case.

Very varied, however the number of women that work at my company has definitely increased since I joined.

Very good, I think it is important to maintain a good balance.
WHAT QUALITIES DOES BEING IN YOUR ROLE NECESSITATE?
